From Hartford take Route 2 East into Colchester. Get off Exit 18 and take a left onto Route 16. Follow 16 through Westchester and into East Hampton until you see the covered bridge on your right. Take a right here onto Comstock Bridge Rd. The road will fork, stay to the right and follow this road all the way up the hill. At the top there is a hairpin bend, to the left is a parking lot. Park here and follow the Airline trail down about a 5 minute walk to a large clearing over the valley. If you look down the incline to your left you will see the Viadux!!!

Alternate Directions:
From the Norwich area: take Route 2 west, Exit 18. Follow Route 16 west for 6.2 miles; turn left into the recreation area.
From the New London area: follow Route 11 north onto Route 2 west, Exit 18. Follow Route 16 west for 6.2 miles. Turn left into the recreation area.
From the Middletown area: follow Route 66 east onto Route 16. Follow Route 16 east for 5.5 miles. Turn right into recreation area.
From the Hartford area: take Route 2 east, Exit 16. Follow Route 149 south for 3.2 miles. Turn right onto Route 16 west. Follow Route 16 west for 1.9 miles. Turn left into the recreation area.
FOR ALL* when you get to the trout fishing area, keep going up the hill there will be a lot of twists and turns, then you will see a small area off to the right of the road that can fit a few cars. park and walk to trail, when it comes to a fork, go to the right and keep walking until you see it. you cant miss it.
